Try Your Luck, Not Just Watch Mine

Two free browser games built straight from the Fresh to BiS series — same real Icecrown Citadel loot tables and boss gating, same real Warmane odds, no download, no account, no catch. Click through a raid week and find out if you're luckier than I was.

Loot Simulator · 1 Boss, 5 Items

The Tiny Abom Hunt

How many weeks will it take YOU to get Tiny Abomination in a Jar? A real-odds Professor Putricide loot roll, inspired by Fresh to BiS's actual 20-week curse for the same pet.

This one is built on Professor Putricide's real Icecrown Citadel 25-player Heroic loot table — checked against two independent WotLK 3.3.5a item databases, not guessed. Putricide genuinely drops exactly five items at a flat 20% each: Rigormortis, Professor's Bloodied Smock, Astrylian's Sutured Cinch, Last Word, and the one everyone's actually after, Tiny Abomination in a Jar. One click here is one simulated kill — one "week," same as a real raid lockout.

There's one deliberate exaggeration: this simulator drops Tiny Abomination in a Jar's odds to 15% instead of the real 20% (the other four items quietly absorb the difference, so it still adds to 100%), specifically so more people get a taste of what a genuinely miserable streak feels like. At 15% a kill, going the full 20 weeks without a single one lands around a 1-in-26 shot — rare, but nowhere near as rare as it can feel while you're actually living through it. That gap is the whole point.

Every kill logs straight to a real leaderboard: a Hall of Fame if the pet drops fast, a Hall of Shame if the curse really settles in. Both are verified server-side — not something you can fake by editing the page — because it genuinely takes real, individually rolled kill tokens recorded on the server before a run can ever be submitted.

Shard Farm · 12 Bosses, 50 Shards

The Shadowmourne Grind

How many weeks will it take YOU to forge Shadowmourne? A real ICC 25 shard-farming run, inspired by Fresh to BiS's actual Warmane grind for the same axe.

Hall of Shame

This one is inspired directly by something that actually happened on stream: Freshtobis paid 5,000 gold per Shadowfrost Shard to skip the line on Warmane's economy, then tried farming them the legitimate way, live, with chat watching. The Lich King handed over exactly one shard the entire night. This simulator hands you the same math — clear Icecrown Citadel 25-player, one real raid week at a time, and see how many weeks it actually takes to stack 50 Shadowfrost Shards for "The Splintered Throne" and forge Shadowmourne.

The boss order is the real one, not invented for the game. Lower Spire is a strict line — Lord Marrowgar, then Lady Deathwhisper, then the Icecrown Gunship Battle, then Deathbringer Saurfang — and nothing past Marrowgar even unlocks until you clear your way there. Downing Saurfang opens all three back wings at once (Plagueworks, Crimson Hall, Frostwing Halls), though each still gates internally exactly like the live raid: Festergut and Rotface both have to die before Professor Putricide will fight you, Blood Prince Council before Blood-Queen Lana'thel, Valithria Dreamwalker before Sindragosa. The Lich King doesn't open at all until every one of those three finale bosses is dead — which really does mean a full, clean 12/12 clear, same as the actual instance.

Blizzard's original tuning only lets 9 of the 12 bosses drop a shard at all. This game matches Warmane specifically, since that's where Fresh to BiS actually plays: all 12 bosses can drop one here, the Lich King's is guaranteed on every kill, and the rest sit at roughly half Blizzard's original rate — a disclosed approximation built from the site owner's own runs and Warmane's own forum posts, not an invented number. Some fights genuinely wipe more than others too: expect a real fight on Sindragosa or the Lich King, while Lower Spire trash like Marrowgar or the Gunship rarely gives anyone trouble. And because real raid nights fall apart for reasons that have nothing to do with skill, each week carries one small, honest 2% chance of getting cut short by something completely mundane — the power goes out, the ISP has other plans — or you can just hit the red Leave Raid button and walk away yourself.

How A Raid Night Actually Plays Out

It Doesn't Just Resolve — It Plays Out

Neither game just rolls a number and shows you a result. Every pull rolls against that boss's real wipe odds, and a bad enough night can end before you've even reached the boss you came for.

Raid Over

Wipe on the same boss enough times in one week and the raid falls apart early — chat disconnects, the night's done, and you're queuing again next week with nothing to show for it. It's a made-up-for-fun layer on top of the real loot odds, not a real statistic, but the tension is the same.

Kicked From The Raid

Separate from wipes, each week rolls one honest 2% chance — checked once, on that week's very first pull — of something completely unrelated to skill ending your night: the power actually goes out, the ISP has other plans, the raid leader's had enough. Rare on purpose, because in real raiding it should be.
