Terms of Use

Last updated: August 25, 2026

Welcome to RealNibba ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of realnibba.online, together with any content, videos, community links, and downloadable addons or tools made available through it (together, the "Website").

By accessing or using the Website, downloading an addon, or otherwise interacting with RealNibba's content, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website.

1.Acceptance of Terms

By using the Website you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

2.Eligibility

The Website is intended for a general audience. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you should review these Terms together with a parent or guardian before using the Website or downloading any addon.

World of Warcraft servers typically have their own age and account requirements. This Website does not control, verify, or enforce those requirements.

3.About RealNibba

RealNibba is a personal gaming and content creation project centered on World of Warcraft (WotLK-era) content played on WotLK 3.3.5a realms, along with related YouTube videos, livestreams, a Discord community, and a set of free custom addons — RareHunt, MarketWatch, Raid Tools, and Farm Pack.

The Website is operated on a personal basis. Features, content, and addons may change, be added, or be removed at any time without notice.

4.Not Affiliated with Blizzard Entertainment or Any Game Server

World of Warcraft is a trademark of Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. RealNibba is an independent fan-made project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Blizzard Entertainment.

Any game server or third-party service mentioned on this Website is independently operated. RealNibba is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially partnered with any game server or its operators. Any such references are for descriptive purposes only.

Use of any game server is entirely your own decision and at your own risk. RealNibba is not responsible for the availability, rules, terms of service, or conduct of any game server.

5.Use of the Website

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the Website. You agree not to:

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, its systems, or related accounts
Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code through the Website
Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Website in an automated manner without permission
Use the Website to distribute spam, harassment, or unlawful content
Misrepresent your affiliation with RealNibba

6.Addons and Downloadable Software

RealNibba makes a small number of custom World of Warcraft addons available for free download, including RareHunt, MarketWatch, Raid Tools, and Farm Pack (each, an "Addon").

Each Addon is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

You are responsible for reviewing an Addon before installing it, understanding what it does, and deciding whether it is appropriate for your use. You install and use any Addon entirely at your own risk.

Using third-party addons on any World of Warcraft server may be subject to that server's own rules and terms of service. RealNibba is not responsible for any consequences — including warnings, suspensions, or bans — that may result from installing or using an Addon on any server.

Addons are actively developed and may contain bugs, be updated, be discontinued, or stop functioning as server-side game content changes, without notice.

7.Community Conduct

If you participate in RealNibba's Discord server, YouTube comments, or other community spaces, you agree to follow the rules of that specific platform as well as any community guidelines posted there.

We reserve the right to remove content, restrict access, or remove members from community spaces at our discretion, for conduct we reasonably consider disruptive, abusive, or harmful to the community.

8.Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise noted, the design, layout, text, graphics, and original content of the Website, along with the source code of the Addons, are the property of RealNibba.

You may download and use the Addons for personal, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute, resell, rebrand, or claim authorship of an Addon or its source code without permission.

World of Warcraft, Warcraft, and Blizzard Entertainment are trademarks or registered trademarks of Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. All game assets, names, and lore referenced on this Website belong to their respective owners and are used for descriptive, non-commercial fan purposes.

9.Third-Party Links and Services

The Website contains links to third-party services, including YouTube, Discord, Buy Me a Coffee, and potentially Google AdSense.

These services are operated independently of RealNibba and are governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies. RealNibba is not responsible for the content, functionality, availability, or practices of any third-party service.

10.Donations and Support

Buy Me a Coffee and any similar support links are voluntary. Donations are not payments for goods or services, do not create any ongoing obligation on RealNibba's part, and are generally non-refundable except as required by applicable law or the payment provider's own policies.

11.Advertising

The Website may display advertisements, including through Google AdSense, to help support the cost of running the Website. See our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for more information about how advertising-related data may be processed.

12.Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website and all Addons are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

RealNibba does not warrant that the Website or any Addon will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected.

13.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RealNibba shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, game progress, account access, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Website or any Addon, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

14.Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website or any community space at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms, without prior notice.

Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.

15.Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Website, the Addons, or applicable law.

The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were most recently revised. Continued use of the Website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16.Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where RealNibba operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your own country or region provide otherwise.

17.Contact
