This list gets you there roughly 98% reliably — here's the other 2%.

Recipes near the top of a bracket are already yellow, not orange — a real per-craft chance to skill up, not a guarantee. Tinker counts below are realistic crafts-needed, not the theoretical minimum, but a bracket can occasionally need 1–2 extra crafts of the same recipe. Keep a few spare mats in reserve for a safety margin.

Cobalt Bar and Crystallized Water were recalculated. Several rows need Handful of Cobalt Bolts or Volatile Blasting Trigger — small parts you craft yourself, not buy — and the source notes' totals didn't include what those actually cost. Fel Iron Bar's listed total (40) was already exactly right once Fel Iron Casing and Handful of Fel Iron Bolts are accounted for, so that one's untouched.
