Best Races

Horde Orc

Enhancement gets the most from it — Blood Fury scales both attack power and spell power, and Axe Specialization gives +5 expertise if you run axes (common for Enh). Elemental and Restoration prefer Troll for Berserking haste.

Alliance Draenei

Gift of the Naaru for Restoration, and Heroic Presence hands the raid +1% hit — useful from an Elemental or Enhancement shaman.

Notes

Spell power with haste; Veiled 40153 replaces Reckless where hit is needed.

This is the Best in Slot list for the Spellhance Shaman in WotLK 3.3.5a Phase 4: the strongest realistic gear from Icecrown Citadel 25, Ruby Sanctum and Trial of the Grand Crusader. It covers 17 equipment slots with the enchant, the gems and the close alternatives for every piece.
